Refund / Cancellation Policy
Can I return products to Digital haat?
Returns will be accepted only for the following categories:
- Product received in damaged condition/ Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item:
We sincerely request our customers to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy (like- different product received; damaged product etc.), please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.
In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We request to please keep all the packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from regarding Digital haat the same is received.
In the event of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, mail us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We request you to please do not return any products to Digital haat before receiving a confirmation email from Digital haat for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return said product.
In case you email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that Digital haat shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customers’ emails.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products to Digital haat, over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from Digital haat are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products are to be returned to Digital haat in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and packed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
Safe receipt of defective product by Digital haat is sole responsibility of the customer.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Digital haat shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.
Digital haat will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.
No refund will be given by Digital haat if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of Digital haat, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Digital haat.
No refund will be done for stitched products.
In the event of more than one products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Digital haat is unable to deliver a specific product, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product, Digital haat shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of Digital haat.
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Neelam Bazaar are only approximate values.
Because products on Digital haat are designer made, hand woven and intricately crafted, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is owing to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
